Providing identity inside the Industry 4.0

Many offerings you find out in the field are “off the shelf”, universal software and hardware solutions for current Industry 4.0 offerings. Ours is a custom solution, that allow our customers to log in through a personalized portal. And once inside the web pages, it will show the product and data specific to this client. This log in can be local, at the machinery, just at the plant level, or on the world wide web. The system can also replace your current PLC CPU and HMI screens, and on the same platform that handles the data transfers, run your local controls, providing for additional reduction in capital cost when building and designing tools for the future.

Palletizing and Depalletizing

Palletizing and Depalletizing Systems have a great impact in the logistics. Not enough organizations strategize on palletization until it’s already become a problem. To expand your company operations or improve results make sure to:
- Maximize space: making it better to store materials and products when items can be stacked higher and accessed easier.
- Reduce accidents: reducing the manual material handling and using safety sensors to control the automated system.
- Support the Decision Making: recording stats automatically and generating reports for the data analysis needed.

Sorting and Packaging

Sorting and Packaging plays an important role in manufacturing and logistics. since the efficient flow of material between the activities of a production system is heavily dependent on the arrangement of the activities. Automated Case Erecting and Packaging, or Automated Material Pick and Place Systems bring several benefits to companies that invest in these type of technology solutions. Some of them are:
- Save Money: speeding up productivity, handling a Higher-Volume of products while using less workers and less manual equipment.
- Improve efficiency: taking less time to do the job and shipping product to Market, while improving quality control by reducing the amount of mistakes.
- Improve Data Control: recording amounts of materials handled and allowing the system to generate personalized reports in no time.
